This rating is awarded only to long term care communities that demonstrate the best quality medical care, health inspection by the state of Indiana, staffing and extremely high safety procedures.
These federal and state of Indiana evaluates the overall quality of care, living conditions, staffing levels and compliance with regulatory guidelines. To achieve a 5-star rating means that the community is considered in the top 10 percent of homes (those with the best inspections in the state)
